Raul began his professional career in the mortgage banking industry before moving into new development, working alongside respected builders and selling thousands of new homes throughout the greater Phoenix area. He then transitioned into the luxury real estate sector, where he quickly gained a reputation for his high attention to detail and commitment to generating superior results for his clients.

An Arizona native, Raul is passionate about community service and volunteers with several local organizations including Junior Achievement of Arizona, a nonprofit dedicated to educating young people in financial literacy, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship. Raul is proud to be a Latino role model and has served as a motivational speaker for at-risk high school students. Additionally, he’s raised thousands of dollars for the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona to benefit those affected by kidney disease by participating in its Dancing with the Stars ballroom dancing event.

When he’s not serving his clients, volunteering or networking; Raul enjoys taking impromptu trips, spending quality time with his adult children, and spreading laughter amongst his close family and friends.
